Performance Summary
Prabhas: Wrote some great tutorials on Photoshop. Has been working hard on website promotion too. To top it all, he has resumed working on PRJ Blade too. He was the only member who maintained good workflow throughout this month.
Subir: Worked on the website and for its promotion and publicity. Has been rather inactive for the latter half of the month.
Mayank: His efforts for publicity of the DDP website has worked wonders and results are already showing!
Ashutosh: Had some schedule and technical problems at his end, because of which he remained inactive throughout the month.

Performance Summary
Subir: Started off with 3ds max modeling and texturing. Launched the website on July 15, 2008 and suspended work on Project Blade to work on the website. Built the entire website and has been in charge of site promotion. Worked with VB.NET and started the VB.NET Crash Course hosted in the Knowledge Base section.
Ashutosh: Great 3D models started the month. Worked on his PHP and built the really great forum. But progress has been much slower than that in the previous month. Yet to make any contribution to the website.
Prabhas: Started this month really well with some awesome texturing work, but has been less active for most of the month. Worked on the software review for the Tech Review section of the website. Turned in some great ideas for content and publicity.
Mayank: Couldn't join the team in its projects till recently due to counseling schedules. But stayed in regular contact. Hasn't turned it any finished work yet. Has put in a lot of effort, promoting the website and contributed some great ideas.
Calling All Members
So we finally have our very own website. But we need to add some quality content real quick. The logo has been finalised. We now need some contribution from all members for the following:
- Tech Review
- PHP Tutorials
- Game Guides
- C/C++ Tutorials
Apart from content, we need to channel our efforts into promoting our website. Try to find out what can make our site popular. What more content can be feasible and useful enough to be added. We need more ideas, suggestions and feedback.

This June was a crucial period. This month marked the actual start of Project Blade. We have all been through deep planning sessions but for the record, real work of modeling and texturing started in June 2008. Overall, the performance has been better than average.
Ashutosh: Unbelievably awesome performance. And still, could have done better. Hates to read through study material but loves to practice. Has put in a LOT of hard work and the results are here for all to see. Has turned in exceptionally good finished models. Contributed heavily to our resource library. And gave many ideas. Now needs to move onto advanced concepts of modeling, lighting and materials.
Subir: Planned and managed PRJ Blade. Wrote the storyline, character and plot for the project. Then started with 3D architectural modeling for Scene 1.
Prabhas: Started off real slow, and made virtually no progress for most of the time. But ended with a flourish and made up for the lost time. Some of his work is jaw-dropping stuff while a few are not much to write about. Has the talent, only needs practice.
Mayank: Very enthusiastic. Still in the learning phase. Need lots of practice Yet to turn in any finished work. But collected good resources. Contributed many valuable ideas. Great potential lies in here.
